Billy Clark retired from the United States Air Force as a Major after more than 20 years of Active Duty service.  Billy was a rated, career aviator flying as an Evaluator Senior Director on the E-3 AWACS aircraft.  Upon retirement from the Air Force, Billy successfully pursued his lifelong passion of becoming a lawyer.  In addition to being an attorney, Billy is also a Professional Mediator and is readily available to assist with the Alternative Dispute Resolution process.
